Payment
All payments in our webshop are made via a secure connection by our online banking partner Mollie. You can pay with iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, bank transfer and pay afterwards via Klarna.

Shipping
Orders that we receive before 17:00 are shipped the same day.

Orders above €50 will be sent at our expense and orders above €100 will be sent by insured and registered mail. You will receive a track & trace code for all orders.

Returns
You can always return or exchange your purchase from us within 14 days, provided the items are still in new condition. You can try on boots at home with the supplied plastic bags around the sole. This keeps the soles pristine.

Do you want to exchange an item? Please contact us to discuss the fastest way of exchange with us. Returns are also possible. After receipt of the purchase, we will transfer the purchase amount to you within 7 days.

Any return costs are for the customer.
